ICT and Technical Service Support

 

We understand that your ICT infrastructure is key to an active and functioning school. Our highly qualified and experienced engineers provide advice and support to ensure the smooth running of your systems, enabling the school to perform at its peak. We currently service a wide variety of educational establishments, from Nurseries through to Upper Schools, offering a range of Services designed to suit your ICT needs.

As we are aware, ICT is integral to the running of your school, as such we can provide an all encompassing Technical Call Out Service, for full details see the Services page of this website were details of our offerings are found.  This gives you unlimited visits by our engineering team to resolve any issues that may occur.  For schools that already have an ICT technician, there is a more flexible offering which provides a pay-as-you-go type service, where you can call upon us at any time to assist you and your in house staff with the more complex system issues.

Here at Partnership Education we have also introduced many Ad Hoc services which can be supplied as and when they are needed. These include:

Annual System Report - detailed summary of the schools current ICT resource reflecting potential problems, state of repair, suitability for purpose and a full network audit

Help Desk Support - Over the phone support to help you when you most need it, with the possibility of remote access.

Day Technician Service - Regular Technician Support to carry out those maintenance tasks on a pre-arranged day every week/fortnight/month.

Many schools have enquired about specific knowledge gaps they have in relation to their ICT system in school. Whether it is a particular software package, running back ups on your server or help using existing equipment effectively that you need, we can help. With our highly qualified system engineering team on hand, you have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips: helping to empower your staff in expanding their knowledge.

We are keen to promote flexible remote support for your systems that will include support VPN access into large schools and can also utilise our Techinline remote desktop system.
