The PEL Support Packages are designed to allow schools varied levels of services which meet the schools every day needs. Increasingly schools have a dependency upon technology such as interactive whiteboards and digital projectors, in addition to computers and printers. Technology has become both cheaper and more dependable; therefore we are at our most vulnerable when we increasingly rely upon it for teaching and learning opportunities.

Aligning the ICT strategy and budget to meet current and future business and curriculum needs makes a significant difference in the education environment; allowing students to maximise learning and develop employable competencies through utilising technology effectively. Consequently, to ensure that ICT is enhancing the learning environment effectively; is secure, available and up to date, PEL believe that a simple break-fix support service is no longer sufficient and that a planned and managed approach to ICT support is required.
